The Bartlet

Work is progressing on 'The Annexe'

The former Bath Hotel gets a makeover

As conversion of The Bartlet in Felixstowe steams ahead, work is progressing quickly on the "Annexe building", which incorporates part of the former Bath Hotel, burnt down on April 28th, 1914, by two suffragettes, Hilda Birkett and Florence Tunks.

When finished, the Annexe will offer 12, two and three bedroom apartments, all with sea view and parking.  Three will be converted within the original building with apartment A,1 on the ground floor being the former ballroom.  The remaining nine properties will be "new build".
